2001年出生的中国青年作曲家窦海宁的启蒙音乐教育始于2009年的故乡大连的一位钢琴老师，自2016年后，他踏入四川音乐学院的大门，师从中国青年作曲家敖翔学习古典作曲技术，并后续跟随著名指挥家姚春城学习指挥法。2019年以四川省第二名的成绩考入四川音乐学院后，他于2021年放弃川音学位进修机会，转至丹麦皇家音乐学院（DKDM/RDAM），师从丹麦作曲家Jeppe J. Christensen、Bent Sorensen、Martin Lohse以及丹麦3D音乐大师Hans-Peter S.S. Teglbjaerg。

在作曲领域，窦海宁展现了多元化的风格，包括民族风格、民族印象主义、西方古典主义、浪漫主义、十二音音乐、3D空间电子音乐及影视配乐。他的作品在国际舞台上备受认可，曾有包括：室内乐《登楼》在《英国国际音乐比赛》中获得“一等奖”，在《世界音大师公开音乐比赛》获得“银奖”，在《欧洲艺术大赛-奥地利维也纳》获得“二等奖”，室内乐《桃花吹雪》在《留声机音乐奖》亚太区获得第二名，弦乐四重奏《安德鲁西亚狂想曲》在《俄罗斯作曲家大赛》和《月之旋律国际音乐比赛》获得“特等奖”，室内乐《世界阅读》在《俄罗斯新生代国际音乐比赛》获得第三名——“二等奖”，室内乐《琳玥》在《普罗科菲耶夫音乐奖》中国赛区获得“新作品奖”等国际奖项。

窦海宁的音乐作品不仅在各类比赛中获奖，还多次在重要场合演出，同时他具有丰富的音乐拓展经历：2021年6月，他的琵琶与钢琴室内乐《琳玥》在四川音乐学院作曲比赛中首次公开演出；同年7月，他的部分本科作品被收录在网易云音乐发行的专辑《我不是你的NPC》中；2022年2月，他所创立领导的科技团队（成都木花笑科技有限公司）开发了“人工智能四部和声生成”技术demo，意在为音乐基础教育领域赋能；2023年5月，他的3D空间电子音乐《深海》在丹麦皇家音乐学院首演；同年10月，他的作品《安德鲁西亚狂想曲》由英国Ligeti四重奏在丹麦首演。同年11月，他的钢琴独奏作品《Elegy》以及12月的3D空间电子音乐《A Happy Funny Day with Family and Friends》同样在丹麦皇家音乐学院Ny Sal音乐厅演出；此外，他的琵琶与钢琴室内乐《登楼》和打击乐室内乐《A Psychotic’s World Reading》于2024年3月在丹麦皇家音乐学院由学生乐团首次演出。《莫奈的伟大作品》于2024年在挪威的Nordaccordion音乐节上又意大利手风琴演奏家Luca Bello首演。

Haining Dou, a young Chinese composer born in 2001, began his music enlightenment education in 2009 with a piano teacher in his hometown of Dalian. Since 2016, he entered the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, studying classical composition techniques under the tutelage of young Chinese composer Ao Xiang, and later, conducting under the renowned conductor Yao Chuncheng. After being admitted to the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in 2019 with the second highest score in Sichuan Province, he gave up the opportunity to further his studies at Sichuan Conservatory in 2021, transferring to the Royal Danish Academy of Music (DKDM/RDAM), where he studied under Danish composers Jeppe J. Christensen, Bent Sorensen, Martin Lohse, and Danish 3D music master Hans-Peter S.S. Teglbjaerg.

In the field of composition, Haining has demonstrated a diverse range of styles, including ethnic style, ethnic impressionism, Western classicism, romanticism, twelve-tone music, 3D spatial electronic music, and film scoring. His works have been widely recognized on the international stage, winning several awards including: The chamber music piece “Deng Lou” won the “First Prize” at the UK International Music Competition, the “Silver Award” at the “World Music Masters Open Competition,” and the “Second Prize” at the European Art Competition 2024.” second place in the Asia-Pacific region for his chamber music piece “Momohana-Fubuki” at the Gramophone Music Awards, the top prize for his string quartet “Rapsodia Andaluza ” at the Russian “Composer” Competition and  “Melody of the Moon International Music Competition, third place – the second prize – for his chamber music piece “World Reading” at the Russian New Generation International Music Competition, and the “New Work Award” for his chamber music piece “Lin Yue” at the Prokofiev Music Awards in China.

Haining’s musical works have not only won awards in various competitions, but have also been performed on important occasions, and he has extensive experience in music expansion: In June 2021, his Pipa and piano chamber music piece “Lin Yue” was publicly performed for the first time at the Sichuan Conservatory of Music composition competition; in July of the same year, some of his undergraduate works were included in the album “I’m Not Your NPC” released on NetEase Cloud Music; in February 2022, the technology team he founded and led (Chengdu MuHuaXiao Technology Co., Ltd.) developed a demo of “Artificial Intelligence Four-Part Harmony Generation” technology, aimed at empowering the field of basic music education; in May 2023, his 3D spatial electronic music piece “Die in the Ocean” premiered at the Royal Danish Academy of Music; in October of the same year, his work “Rapsodia Andaluza” was premiered in Denmark by the British Ligeti Quartet. In November of the same year, his piano solo work “Elegy” and in December, his 3D spatial electronic music “A Happy Funny Day with Family and Friends” were also performed at the Ny Sal Concert Hall of the Royal Danish Academy of Music; in addition, his Pipa and piano chamber music piece “Deng Lou” and percussion chamber music “A Psychotic’s World Reading” were premiered by student orchestras at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in March 2024. Les Grandes Ouvres de Monet was premiered at the Nordaccordion Festival in Norway in 2024 with Italy accordionist Luca Bello.
